SysVitalix Terms of Service

Effective Date: 7/2/2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the SysVitalix platform. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Accounts, Tenancy, and RBAC

SysVitalix operates on a Multi-Tenant architecture. When acting as a Tenant Owner or Administrator:

  • You are explicitly responsible for the governance of invitations, roles, and accesses granted within your workspace.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of Terms.
  • You maintain ownership of all data ingested into your tenant workspace. We isolate your data using strict boundaries.

2. External Integrations

The Service requires synchronization with external SDLC tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub). By connecting these integration platforms via OAuth or Webhooks, you grant SysVitalix explicit permission to read, ingest, securely store, and run computational RAG analysis against your artifacts (issues, PRs, architecture documents). It is your responsibility to ensure you possess the prerequisite organizational rights on third-party platforms to authorize this data sync.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

While using our System Integrity Validator, you agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or our proprietary Validation Scoring frameworks.
  • Bypass the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) mechanisms or attempt to execute unauthorized API requests across tenant boundaries.
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose or to process malicious artifacts.

4. Intellectual Property

The SysVitalix platform, including but not limited to its Six Dimensions of Software Health methodology, Unified Scoring Models, UI design components, and analytical pipelines, are the exclusive property of SysVitalix and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and tenant workspace immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for reasons that include, but are not limited to, a breach of these Terms. If a tenant is deleted, all correlated data is irreversibly wiped from our databases in accordance with our strict data governance protocols.
